For branded gadgets, warranty is honored by the brand’s authorized service centers (local or international, depending on the brand).
eROCS will help customers connect with the respective service center or supplier for support.
Decisions regarding repair, replacement, or exchange are made by the brand/manufacturer, not eROCS.

3. Exclusions (Not Covered by Warranty)

The following are not covered under warranty:

Physical damage, cracks, dents, scratches, or accidental breakage.
Water or liquid damage (unless specifically covered by brand).
Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or use of non-original accessories.
Consumable items such as batteries, chargers, cables, earphones, straps, etc. (unless the brand explicitly covers them).
Software issues, connectivity/app-related problems, or data loss.
Normal wear and tear from daily use.

4. Claim Procedure

Customers must provide a valid eROCS purchase invoice/order ID.
The product must be returned in acceptable condition with all original accessories, manuals, and warranty card (if provided).
Inspection and processing may take 7–20 working days, depending on the product and brand.

5. Limitation of Liability

eROCS is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or service delays.
Final decision regarding warranty coverage rests with the brand’s official service center.
