Warranty Policy

At eROCS, we are committed to delivering 100% authentic gadgets from world-renowned brands. To give our customers complete confidence, all eligible products come with an official manufacturer’s warranty.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty applies to manufacturing defects in hardware and internal components.
  • Warranty period depends on the respective brand or product category (generally 6 months – 1 year).
  • Warranty service will be provided strictly according to the brand/manufacturer’s official policy.

2. Warranty Service

  • For branded gadgets, warranty is honored by the brand’s authorized service centers (local or international, depending on the brand).
  • eROCS will help customers connect with the respective service center or supplier for support.
  • Decisions regarding repair, replacement, or exchange are made by the brand/manufacturer, not eROCS.

3. Exclusions (Not Covered by Warranty)

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Physical damage, cracks, dents, scratches, or accidental breakage.
  • Water or liquid damage (unless specifically covered by brand).
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or use of non-original accessories.
  • Consumable items such as batteries, chargers, cables, earphones, straps, etc. (unless the brand explicitly covers them).
  • Software issues, connectivity/app-related problems, or data loss.
  • Normal wear and tear from daily use.

4. Claim Procedure

  • Customers must provide a valid eROCS purchase invoice/order ID.
  • The product must be returned in acceptable condition with all original accessories, manuals, and warranty card (if provided).
  • Inspection and processing may take 7–20 working days, depending on the product and brand.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • eROCS is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or service delays.
  • Final decision regarding warranty coverage rests with the brand’s official service center.

6. Important Note

  • Each brand has its own specific warranty policy. Customers are encouraged to review the brand warranty terms related to their purchased product.
  • eROCS reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
